POSITION SUMMARY
Assemble lighting products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a production line and manufacturing organization.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Read, interpret, and follow bills of materials, Engineering assembly drawings and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products
- Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld drill gun, screw drivers, wire strippers, soldering irons etc…
- Maintain inventory of product in workstations
- Perform product quality and safety work checks to ensure the product meets safety and quality standards
- Identify product defects and report to the appropriate supervisor for disposition
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities
- Education: High School diploma / GED
- Experience: Manufacturing, 1+ years
- Computer Skills: Average
- Certifications & Licenses: NA
- Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak)
- Understanding of Cellular manufacturing process a plus
